Custom Home Building
We are committed to work with you in a friendly and respectful manner and strive to make the building process a pleasant and positive experience. From the first steps of selecting the building site, choosing or developing a plan that meets your needs and budget, to the final days of putting the finishing touches on your new home: We consider your project to be just as important as you do. Encore is a NC licensed General Building contractor.
Project Management
Steve Waters is the principal owner of Encore and he personally manages all projects. From small renovations to multi-million dollar estates, he has built all styles of residential projects in some of the finest communities in the state. On each project his goal is to finish the job with everything done right, on time and on budget. His personal dedication to excellence is the foundation of Encores commitment to providing friendly and professional building services.
Design Services
We think of the design process as a collaborative venture involving our design team and the homeowners. We will talk about things like: Assets or challenges at the building site, design styles and lay-outs and budget goals. Whether we start with a marked-up floor plan torn out of a magazine or a blank sheet of paper, the home design that we end up with will be a unique, original creation.
Additions & Renovations
Our capability to both design and build really comes in handy on addition and renovation projects. When building an addition or renovation, our challenge is to create new space that blends with and improves whatever already exists. When it’s complete the home should look like that’s the way it was all originally built.
